Feering Neighbourhood Plan Decision Statement
Following an indepedent examination, Braintree District Council have confirmed that the Feering Neighbourhood Plan meets the basic conditions and legislative requirements and the Neighbourhood Plan will proceed to Referendum on 27 October 2022.
You will receive, in the coming days a polling card inviting you to vote in the Neighbourhood Plan Referendum on 27 October 2022 at Feering Community Centre.
Residents of Feering will be asked to vote on whether Braintree District Council should use the Feering Neighbourhood Plan to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area.
If you are not able to get to the polling station you can vote by post or proxy vote, however this needs to be registered with the Braintree District Council Electoral Registration Department by 12 October 2022
