Action Plan

This document is intended to be a living document which we will update as projects evolve and new prioriuties emerge.  It will help residents, partners and councillors stay on the same page about what we are doing, why we are doing it and how you can get involved. 

Monitoring & Review

• Monthly – Progress updates appear in meeting agendas and minutes.  
• Annually – Councillors will review outcomes, celebrate successes and roll forward outstanding actions into the next plan

Your ideas, time and expertise make a difference.
