The Councillors and Clerk at Feering Parish Council are deeply saddened to learn of the death of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. The Parish Council offer their condolences and deepest sympathy to HM The King and the Royal Family on behalf of the Parish.
Councillor Paul Lees, Chairman of the Parish Council said: “My thoughts and those of the people of Feering, are with the Royal Family at this time and we join with people from around the world as we remember with affection and gratitutde the lifetime of service given by our longest reigning monarch, whose Platinum Jubilee we celebrated so recently.
Feering All Saints Church will be open today – Friday 9 September from 9 am until 12 pm and then again from 2 pm until 6 pm if you would like to spend some time quietly reflecting on the life of HM the Queen. A short service will be held at 7.00 pm this evening to give thanks to HM the Queen.
