| Approval of Previous Minutes (021/2026) | The minutes of the Employment Committee meeting held on 31 March 2026 were approved as a true record. Proposed: Cllr Carlaw, Seconded: Cllr Maddison. |
| Exclusion of Public and Press (022/2026) | It was resolved to exclude public and press due to the confidential nature of the business. Proposed: Cllr Carlaw, Seconded: Cllr Spencer. |
| Review of Communications Officer Role (023/2026) | It was agreed to accept the Clerk’s recommendation regarding the Communications Officer. Proposed: Cllr Spencer, Seconded: Cllr Maddison. |
| Review of Clerk’s Targets (024/2026) | The Clerk’s targets were being met and there were six months left for completion. |
| Review of Training Targets (025/2026) | Recommendation: Councillors on a particular committee should undertake relevant training for that committee. |
| Staff Budget for 2027/2028 (026/2026) | Discussion held; to be revisited and circulated after the budget at the end of October. |
