Land At Feering – Update Meeting 16 October 2025

The Crown Estate invites you to join us at a community drop in update to find out about the progress with the application.

The Crown Estate are in the process of amending the design proposals for the outline planning application as a result of the cancellation of the A12 realignment scheme.

Braintree District Council will commence its consultation process on this application once it has been submitted, where all information will be available to view and comment upon via BDC website.

The information presented at this event will also be published on the website for anyone unable to attend in person.
