Your Parish Councillors in the Community
On Wednesday, 26th August, our Parish Councillor Jo Spencer attended the Kelvedon and Feering Health and Wellbeing Coffee Morning.
Held at the Kelvedon United Reform Church in Partnership with The Wellness Collective, this monthly event is for everyone who wants to find out more about Health & Wellbeing Coach Offers and Social Prescriber Offers Support.
Held on every last Wednesday of the month between 8:30am – 11am at Kelvedon United Reform Church, 89 High Street, Kelvedon CO5 9AE (across from the Co-op)

The Feering Community Centre AGM
On Thursday 10th September, the Feering Community Centre Annual General Meeting took place.
We saw the fantastic events that have taken place over the course of the year, the amazing improvements that have been made including the new doors and most importantly we thanked everyone who had a part in making this happen.

It’s cosy season and that can only mean one thing! It’s nearly time for Feering Community Centre’s Christmas Fayre!
Sunday 6 December 2026 – 1.00 pm until 4.00 pm
Get into the Christmas spirit at our annual Christmas Fayre!
Join us for an afternoon of festive fun with stalls, gifts, treats and plenty of Christmas cheer. It is a great opportunity to support local organisations and businesses while getting some of your Christmas shopping done.

It has been brought to our attention that children have been seen climbing onto and walking across the top of the container on the playing field a Rye Mill Lane.
We ask parents, please can you remind your children of the dangers of falling from height and that the container is private property. Thank you.
From Forces to NHS

Braintree District Council's Job Fair is coming to Witham!

Braintree District Council are inviting local employers, training providers and support organisations to exhibit at their 19+ Job Fair.
This free event will connect businesses with local jobseekers aged 19 and over who are looking for employment, training and career opportunities.
Exhibitor stands are provided free of charge, offering a fantastic opportunity to showcase your vacancies, promote your organisation and meet potential candidates face-to-face.
