Feering Parish Council's Draft Neighbourhood Plan
Following an independent examination, Braintree District Council have confirmed that the Feering Neighbourhood Plan meets the basic conditions and legislative requirements and the Neighbourhood Plan will proceed to referendum on Thursday 27 October 2022
You will receive, in the coming days, a poll card inviting you to vote in the Nighbourhood Plan Referendum on 27 October 2022 at Feering Community Centre.
Residents of Feering will be ased to vote on the question of whether you want Braintree District Council to use the Feering Neighbourhood Plan to help decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area.

Feering Parish Council would like to thank everyone who responded to the Draft Neighbourhood Plan Consultation prior to the Covid-19 pandemic. The detail in your considered responses has been much appreciated. Your comments, and those of statutory consultees, are being processed and in the coming months these comments will be analysed and considered. The Plan will then be updated and we hope to move to the next stage of the process next year in line with the Governments announcement that Neighbourhood Plan Regulations will be postponed until 6th May 2021.
